SAVE THE DATE - EXPOTECH Technology Week 27 November - 1 December 2011
The Palestinian IT Association of companies (PITA) is glad to announce its 8th EXPOTECH Technology Week. Taking place November 27th – 1st December, EXPOTECH 2011 will comprise of a variety of events, seminars and activities that will highlight investment opportunities and address the continuing importance of building awareness and potential for the ever growing Palestinian ICT sector. In particular it will look to promote and support the opening of new markets and business opportunities in key locations- neighboring Jordan and Egypt, and further afield; the Gulf, the EU and the US through engagement of the Palestinian Diaspora and partner organizations. The main conference day that will take place on November 28th in Ramallah, will include sessions focusing on ICT investments, IT innovations, IT education as well as engagement of the Palestinian Diaspora. In parallel, special arrangements will be held for guest companies to conduct Business to Business meetings. The second conference day on December 1st will uniquely take place in Gaza with regional and international presence aiming at reconnecting Gaza ICT sector to the world as well as highlighting investment and business opportunities. A special exhibition of specialty Palestinian IT solutions and innovations will be at display for guests during the different conference days.
Besides a two–day commercial exhibition for the most recent IT and telecom products to be held in a separate location (28th - 29th November).
Also, in partnership with the Palestine ICT Incubator (PICTI) the week will include the third Technology Entrepreneurship Forum aiming at providing Palestinian Entrepreneurs and Innovators a platform to showcase their ideas and innovations in front of a group of Venture Capitalists, investors & Angels taking place on November 29th and 30th.
Moreover, EXPOTECH will host a variety of seminars conducted by different multinationals to contribute to knowledge transfer across the different universities and wider IT community in Palestine.

iam proud to hear about expotech,also i attend every expotech exhibition,,all exhibitions were arranged here were very succesful,, but always we cannot know definitly the place or the location if in al bireh hall or in al balou so plz enclose the adress in the announcement,,, thanks alot,,,and forward note: i hope to email me when any exhibition held
