ExpoTech Technology Week

Following the success achieved over the last five years, the organizers of this year’s Palestine ExpoTech are, for the first time, making this event an international event with numerous activities that contribute to the development of the information and communications technology sector. This year, the organizers decided to extend the event for a week so as to include different events to feed all interests in Palestinian ICT. ExpoTech 2009 is going to be one of the most important Technology events in Palestine and probably in the region.
This year, we will launch the event under ExpoTech Technology Week where ExpoTech will be one of its main elements and of the same importance.
The international level of participation is a main distinguishing feature of ExpoTech 2009. Many international companies and firms specialized in information and communication technology such as Microsoft, Google and Intel will directly participate. The exhibition will not only display the most up-to-date products, solutions and programs in the field of information and communications technology but it will also allow the participants to contribute in the making of these ideas, solutions and programs through the conference, forums, lectures, promotion and study work days in which international specialists will participate.
The event will also give new Palestinian startups the opportunity to network; seek technical support and capital to develop their ideas and innovations. To achieve this goal, a hall will be allocated for investors to see new startups display the pioneer ideas, innovations and business plans.
ExpoTech Technology Week will be divided into five key events. Each of these events will have its special importance, place, details and a large media promotion campaign:
